Sales Executive FMCG

As a Sales Executive in the FMCG beverages industry, you will manage both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing distributors, cultivating relationships with retailers, ensuring product availability, and driving sales growth. Your key duties as a Sales Executive in FMCG Beverages will involve: Sales & Revenue Growth: - Meeting sales targets for both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT). - Developing and implementing sales strategies to enhance product penetration. - Identifying new business opportunities to expand market share. Distributor & Retail Management: - Managing relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. - Ensuring stock availability and timely replenishment. - Negotiating terms, pricing, and promotions with distributors and retailers. Trade Execution & Merchandising: - Ensuring proper product placement and visibility in stores. - Implementing promotional campaigns and in-store activations. - Monitoring competitor activities and proposing enhancements. Market Analysis & Reporting: - Tracking sales performance and analyzing trends. - Providing insights on consumer behavior and competitor strategies. - Preparing sales reports for management. Customer Relationship Management: - Establishing strong relationships with key accounts, store managers, and distributors. - Addressing customer complaints and ensuring high service levels. Coordination with Internal Teams: - Collaborating closely with supply chain, marketing, and finance departments. - Ensuring seamless order fulfillment and promotional execution.
