Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive/Coordinator with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and coordination, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to optimize results.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or coordination, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of MICE events and sales principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in sales software and technology, with the ability to learn new systems.
