The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding our presence in the medical education sector. Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential clients, including medical colleges, universities, hospitals, and training institutions. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients. Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance business growth. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the edtech or healthcare sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive environment. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
