Doing sales visit, taking orders, monitoring the supply management and help in secondary sales. 4. Solving the technical problems. Reporting on daily basis and submission of monthly working and records in a right and systematic way as per company standards. 6.Travelling minimum 15-18 days in a month in the assigned state / territory for sales. 7.Maintaining right stock position of goods at dealer point. Conduct sales visits, generate orders, and oversee supply management. Assist in secondary sales and ensure smooth product distribution. Customer Engagement & Technical Support: Solve technical problems related to LED lighting products. Educate customers on LED technology and its advantages. Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers. Sales Growth & Area Development: Expand the market by identifying new business opportunities. Ensure proper stock availability at dealer points. Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights. Reporting & Compliance: Submit daily reports and maintain systematic monthly records as per company standards. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Travel 15-18 days per month within the assigned territory for business expansion. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in sales & marketing of LED lighting products . Strong understanding of LED lighting solutions and their applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems. Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
