Job Description

About the Role:

Field Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

Identify and engage potential customers in
manufacturing, industrial, and automation
sectors.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including
plant managers, procurement heads, and engineers
.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable
automation tools/industrial solutions
.
Meet and exceed
sales targets and revenue goals
.
Conduct
product demonstrations and presentations
to clients.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Regularly report sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to management.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

2-6 years of field sales experience
in industrial tools, automation tools, or related sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong network and experience in dealing with
B2B customers
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive sales with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Business, or a related field
is preferred
