Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit client sites to understand project requirements, assess technical needs, and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, engineers, contractors, and procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, sales) to deliver customized solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on technical proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to regional sales growth.
  • Provide post-sales support including installation guidance, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales, field engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a field environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with B2B sales in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Familiarity with CAD drawings, technical schematics, or product design.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
  • Knowledge of local industry regulations and standards.
