Job Description

B2B and industrial sales manager develops and executes sales strategies, leads a sales team, and maintains client relationships to achieve revenue targets in the business-to-business and industrial sectors. Key responsibilities include setting sales goals, analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams like marketing and product development. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement B2B and industrial sales strategies, including sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Client and Market Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing industrial clients, identify new business opportunities, and understand client needs.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales operations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategies and prepare performance reports for senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure the company's offerings meet client needs and to optimize the overall sales process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B or industrial sales, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B/industrial sales cycle and strategies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
