Job Description

Overview

The Head of Sales – GCC’s will be responsible for leading the company’s business growth within India’s GCC ecosystem. This leader will develop and implement a strategic go-to-market plan, establish relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs) at GCC’s, and drive revenue growth through consultative sales: help them drive innovation, product engineering, and digital transformation that aligns with their global objectives.


The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the GCC landscape, a proven track record of successfully selling complex solutions, and a well-established network of contacts with leading GCCs in India.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the GIS Services strategy aligned with IoT DE objectives and enterprise goals.
  • Drive end-to-end service delivery for GIS solutions across multiple industries and geographies.
  • Build and manage a high-performing GIS team, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with industry leaders and internal stakeholders to identify emerging trends and opportunities in GIS and IoT.
  • Develop partnerships with technology providers and drive adoption of advanced GIS tools and platforms.
  • Monitor KPIs for service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.


Key KPI’s

  • Revenue growth and gross margin from GCC accounts.
  • Number of new GCC logos acquired.
  • Pipeline quality and conversion rates.
  • Strategic visibility (events, thought leadership, etc.).


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or an MBA from a reputable institution is essential.


Years of experience required for position: (For Grade Mapping)

  • At least 15–20 years of total experience, with 5+ years in GCC-focused business development or account management roles.
  • Proven track record in selling engineering, R&D, or digital transformation services to global enterprises or GCCs.
  • Deep understanding of India’s GCC landscape, including operating models, sourcing practices, and innovation focus areas.
  • Prior experience in organizations service or consulting.
