Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager/TL to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager/TL will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for the pet service industry and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Identify and target potential clients in the pet service industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the pet service industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
