What You’ll Do
Lead and execute the sales strategy for Oil & Gas and Energy Transition projects delivered by EPCs Operating in India, but with project destinations outside of India & it's related OEM business."
- Leadership & Strategic Direction
- Lead and inspire a high-performance sales team aligned to EPC and international project sales.
- Drive business growth across ME and global energy markets through project pursuit, solution selling, and account-based strategies.
- Establish a culture of continuous capability enhancement through coaching, mentoring, and strategic enablement.
- Global Sales Strategy & Execution
- Define and deploy scalable sales strategies aligned with global market conditions, EPC dynamics, and company goals.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to influence specifications and project requirements early in the project lifecycle.
- EPC Engagement & Project Mapping
- Deeply engage with major EPCs based in India to position Crouse Hinds & B-Line offerings into project packages executed outside of India.
- Ensure early involvement in project pursuit and bidding cycles, ensuring technical and commercial alignment.
- Market Development & Customer Centricity
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with key EPC players, consultants, and global stakeholders to maximize market share.
- Leverage market insights to tailor propositions that support energy transition themes, sustainability goals, and digitalization.
- Sales Operations & Commercial Excellence
- Track and analyze project funnel, win/loss ratios, and key sales metrics to recalibrate strategy as needed.
- Ensure commercial rigor, risk management, and contract compliance in all global project bids.
- Financial Stewardship
- Own and manage the regional/global project sales budget, driving growth while maintaining cost discipline.
- Work closely with finance to monitor performance against targets, managing pricing and margin levers effectively.
- Competitive & Technology Intelligence
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in energy transition, digital panels, hazardous area products, and modular installations.
- Recommend enhancements to product offerings based on global project needs and competitor benchmarks.
- Stake holder management- Effectively manage and coordinate all stakeholders in the business globally ( GPLM's, PLMs for individual product groups) to effectively coordinate the Global Strategy.
