Job Description

As a Sales Leader for our client, a global IT Services organisation, your primary responsibility will be to expand the company's presence in the Global Capability Center (GCC) - BFSI segment in India. You should have a wealth of experience in selling services to global clients within the BFSI GCCs and the ability to position the organization as a strategic partner. Your key responsibilities will include: Sales & Business Development: - Formulate and execute the sales strategy for the GCC BFSI markets in India & overseas. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities using a proactive approach. - Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in target organizations. Demand Generation & Lead Management: - Develop and implement demand generation strategies to create a strong sales pipeline. - Work closely with marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with sales objectives. - Manage the lead generation process and guide prospects through the sales funnel to successful closure. Account Management & Growth: - Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings to meet client requirements. - Ensure client satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery and proactive communication. - Lead contract negotiations and secure high-value deals. Market Research & Analysis: - Keep abreast of BFSI/GCC market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates. - Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and enhance performance. - Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management on sales metrics, pipeline health, and revenue targets. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 15-20 years of experience in global sales, demand generation, and business hunting in the BFSI GCC domain selling Digital technology solutions. - A proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. - In-depth knowledge of BFSI/GCC sectors, including market trends and key industry players. - Expertise in building strong relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
