About Ywork Ywork.ai is an AI-driven startup building intelligent solutions for the construction industry. Founded by seasoned entrepreneurs, we are developing agentic AI systems to solve real-world challenges and boost productivity for construction businesses. Role Overview As a Sales Development Intern (SDR) at Ywork, you will be the first point of contact in the sales process. You’ll support company growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Internship Details Duration: 6 months Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or currently pursuing Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Research: Identify and research potential customers via cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach, and industry networks. Uncover key decision-makers and understand business needs. Outreach & Communication: Initiate contact with prospects through phone, email, and social platforms to generate interest, build rapport, and qualify leads. Lead Qualification: Assess prospect fit based on needs and alignment with Ywork.ai’s solutions to determine sales readiness. Pipeline & CRM Management: Track lead activity, follow-ups, and engagement status in CRM to ensure smooth progression through the sales funnel. Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach tactics and improve lead generation efficiency. Problem Solving: Identify prospect challenges and explain how Ywork.ai’s AI-driven solutions address their needs.
