About Ywork.ai Ywork.ai is a rapidly growing AI startup founded by an IIM-A alumni and an ex-DRDO scientist. Backed by leading VC firms from the UK and US, we’re building cutting-edge tools for the construction industry across both regions. We hire exclusively through our internship program and believe in performance-based growth. This is a unique opportunity to join our core team at an early stage and grow with the company. Key Responsibilities · Build and maintain scalable APIs, backend services, and microservices (Python/Django preferred) · Develop responsive, high-performance frontends (React/Next.js) · Own features from database to UI — and everything in between · Collaborate closely with design, product, and AI teams to launch fast · Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code · Debug, test, and optimize across platforms · Ship fast, learn fast, and continuously improve What We're Looking For · Solid hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development · Proficiency in React/Next.js and either Node.js/Express (MERN) or Python/Django (or similar stacks) · Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and basic DevOps · Passion for building, learning, and solving real problems · Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment · Bonus: Experience with cloud (AWS), WebSockets, or integrating AI models Why You’ll Love It Here · Full ownership of core product features from day one · Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving, VC-backed startup · Potential opportunity to travel to the UK for product demos and client interactions · Work on real-world problems that impact global construction companies · Get a front-row seat to how AI, product, and sales come together in a fast-scaling startup · Be part of a dynamic, talented product team Salary & Contract · ₹25,000/month · Full-time Internship (3 months) with PPO opportunity · PPO packages range from ₹4.8 LPA to ₹7.2 LPA based on performance. · Work from our Gandhinagar office (in-person) – Gandhinagar, Gujarat, IN · Timings: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM · No bonds · If you're still in college, you're free to participate in campus placements.
