We are seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our sales team. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who are eager to kickstart their career in sales and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, emails, and networking.
• Initiate conversations with potential clients (B2B & B2C) and qualify opportunities.
• Present company services clearly and confidently to prospective clients.
• Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales managers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Maintain CRM records of leads and prospects.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales development targets.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years).
• Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently engage with prospects and explain services.
• Knowledge of sales development, lead generation, and client acquisition is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint / Google Slides is an advantage.
• Any graduate (any stream).
