We are seeking dynamic and ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team in Kolkata and make a significant impact on the global sales industry!

Role Details:

• Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
• Location: Park Circus, Kolkata (On-site)
• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in international pre-sales/telesales

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound calls to international businesses to qualify leads
• Set up high-value appointments with potential clients
• Follow structured sales scripts and adapt messaging based on conversation flow
• Manage CRM records and update lead statuses
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine and enhance outreach strategies

What We Are Looking For:

• Excellent English Communication: Clear, professional and engaging
• Strong Pre-Sales Acumen: Ability to qualify leads and build rapport effectively
• Resilience and Adaptability: Skilled in handling objections and driving results
• Attention to Detail: Proficient in managing CRM systems and follow-ups
• Previous experience in international sales/pre-sales is preferred
• Should have the knowledge of LLM , Chat GPT , and Claude.
• Should also have the knowledge of AI Bot techonology.
• Please note: This is an on-site role requiring work from the office only
