About The Role G2 is looking for a dedicated Senior Product Designer to join our product design team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about innovation, UX design, ability to conduct UX Research, and bring user insights into action. You will be in charge of a significant part of the G2 product experience and journey. You will work alongside a team of UX professionals as well as business owners to drive strategy and direction to deliver a UX vision. Additionally, you will work with product managers, marketers, engineers, analysts and SEO to drive the planning, testing and delivery of new features, executing on the product roadmap. This role will report to the VP of Product Experience Design.This position is based in Bengaluru. In This Role, You Will: Design Process: You can handle complex product challenges, often involving a strong understanding of technical, development, or business aspects. You lead and coach others on the creation of low and high fidelity wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to validate new product and feature ideas. You improve the design process and contribute to a consistent and effective system of design to drive a cohesive product portfolio experience.Communication: You are able to clearly communicate to technical and non-technical teams the impact of your design based on research data. You will support customer and prospect discovery sessions, as needed. As a Sr. Product Designer, you drive cross team alignment using expertise in core UX disciplines, methods, and/or processes. You are a model recipient of feedback, with the ability to hold and shape it constructively, actively modeling a communication to help others and make progress. You have an ability to identify if consensus isnt being reached, and are able to help guide and narrow in from diverging directions using a thorough product and customer understanding.Cross Functional Collaboration: You collaborate with front-end and back-end development team members to create simple, scalable, and effective product experiences. You understand technical constraints and can creatively problem solve. Coordinating with the product team to establish design priorities to drive the most impactful business results.Analytics and Testing: You are able to run quantitative and qualitative tests on your designs and distill results into actionable plans for development initiatives. Strong visual design aesthetic and experience in designing in an agile environment. Familiarity in designing across multiple screen sizes, devices, and browsers.Proficient with Figma to wireframe, prototype and contribute to UX design patterns.Competent in UX Research methods to test validate designs including usability testing and a/b testing.Exceptional UI design, including but not limited to, concept development prototypes.Deep understanding of data visualization and quantitative display of information.Ability to work with large data sets and how they map to UI outputs.Experience creating sitemaps, wireframes, and customer journeys.Demonstrate ability to pitch, present and tell a compelling story of opportunity.Animation timeline skills are a plus.Desire to be part of a team that values great design and high-quality work.Ability to recognize UX/UI issues and propose solutions. You re a chemist of data traffic goals, bringing them together to deliver insights to teams big and small. As our first Marketing Website Manager, you ll shepherd a new paradigm for how we manage and execute on our marketing owned domains. You ve got experience in managing websites, dabble in code, and are obsessed with data-driven results (and aren t afraid to show it). You will carefully architect a roadmap that threads the line between marketing website and web product developing a site vision that is continuously updated, iterated, and executed on. You ll partner with design, copy, demand generation, content, and product marketing to uncover new site opportunities and develop tests that will be key in achieving our goals. This role reports into the creative director.
