Sales Development Representative

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 600000 - Rs 900000 (ie INR 6-9 LPA)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive outbound outreach.
• Execute multi-channel prospecting — including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp — to initiate conversations and generate interest.
• Understand customer challenges and effectively position solutions to drive engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns.
• Maintain organized and accurate CRM records, documenting outreach activities, conversations, and follow-ups.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity-generation targets.
• Share insights from prospect interactions to help refine messaging, targeting, and overall sales strategy.
  

Skills & Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and build rapport.
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS, inside sales, or lead generation is an advantage.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections confidently.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Analytical, self-driven, and adaptable, with a strong growth mindset suited for a fast-paced environment.
• Freshers with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
