Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Sales team. As an BDE, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting the growth of our client base. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to thrive in a high-performance, fast- paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound prospecting via emails, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified leads in North American market. • Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to personalize outreach strategies. • Qualify leads based on pain points, interest level, buying intent, and alignment with Darwix AI's offerings. • Schedule discovery and product demo meetings for the Sales team with C-suite or senior stakeholders. • Maintain detailed records of leads, activities, and pipeline metrics in the CRM. • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and optimize outreach. • Report weekly performance metrics and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency. • Stay updated with AI industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer challenges to enhance sales conversation. Qualifications and Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or any related field. • 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development (preferably in SaaS, tech, or AI domain). • Experience engaging with U.S based clients or exposure to global markets is strongly preferred. • Experience in handling enterprise clients and initiating conversations with CXO-level executives is preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms. • Comfortable with high outbound volume and performance-driven environments. • Demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts and articulate value propositions clearly.
