We are seeking a motivated IT Sales Development Representative to join our team. About this position The Sales Development Representative will generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients. You will be working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to build and execute lead-generation campaigns and to develop and implement strategies for identifying and engaging with prospects What are you going to do? Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels including cold calls, cold emails, and social media. Evaluating leads to determine their potential and readiness to move forward in the sales process. Engage with C-Level executives (CTOs, CEOs, Founders) to understand their requirements and pitch relevant solutions. Set up product demos, discovery calls, and appointments for senior sales executives. Maintain and expand a database of leads and prospects using CRM tools like Zoho or HubSpot. Follow established sales procedures and communication sequences. Work with Sales and Marketing teams to create and execute lead-generation strategies. Conduct initial product demonstrations to interested prospects. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for leads and qualified opportunities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and product knowledge to support conversations with prospects. You need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales development or inside sales, preferably in IT or SaaS. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in sales tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot). Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Resilience and a positive attitude when faced with rejection. Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
