Job Title: Remote Sales Executive (Telesales) Company: Dr. Shikha Aesthetics, A Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Clinic, Gurgaon (Work-from-Home across India) Role Purpose Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified walk-ins by delivering polished, empathetic phone consultations and seamless appointment scheduling. Key Responsibilities Lead Conversion: Call new leads promptly, explain relevant procedures, handle objections, and secure clinic visits. Follow-ups: Maintain systematic follow-up cadence until conversion or closure. Scheduling: Coordinate with clinic calendars to match patient preferences and doctor availability. CRM Hygiene: Log every interaction, update lead status, and track metrics in the assigned CRM. KPI Ownership: Consistently meet or exceed monthly walk-in targets. Must-Have Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3 years of high-performance telesales/inside-sales, ideally in healthcare (plastic surgery, dermatology, hair-transplant, or skincare clinics). Industry Familiarity: Comfort discussing clinical procedures, medical terminology, and patient concerns. Languages: Fluent English & Hindi with a clear North-Indian accent. Tech Skills: Proficient with any modern CRM plus basic productivity tools. Equipment: Personal laptop/PC, high-speed internet, reliable phone connection & noise-free workspace. Key Competencies Polished, patient, and calm phone manner. Active listening with consultative selling approach. Resilience in handling rejections and objections. Strong organizational skills for multitasking across leads. Working Hours Available to take or return calls between 09:00–21:00 IST, 7 days a week; actual schedule flexes to patient preference and clinic demand. Compensation Competitive fixed salary + performance-linked incentives tied to monthly walk-in conversions.
