Your Mission

What You’ll Do

  • 🎯 Identify & prospect new leads using

    Apollo.io, Lusha, Mr. E, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • 🧩 Qualify leads based on NirogGyan’s

    Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

  • 💬 Reach out to decision-makers via

    email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls

  • 📊 Maintain up-to-date and organized lead records in

    CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)

  • 🤝 Collaborate with Account Executives to run personalized outreach campaigns
  • 📈 Track performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions) and optimize campaigns
  • 📅 Convert ICP-qualified leads into

    booked demos

    and ensure smooth handover to AEs


Performance Metrics

  • ICP-qualified leads → demo conversion ratio
  • Monthly demo bookings achieved vs. target
  • Outbound sequence engagement rates (open & click-through)
  • CRM hygiene and timely updates


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience as an

    SDR / BDR

    , preferably in

    SaaS or healthtech

  • Skilled with

    prospecting tools

    (Apollo.io, Lusha, etc.)
  • Excellent

    written and verbal communication

  • Data-driven mindset

    — loves testing and optimizing
  • Highly

    organized

    , disciplined with follow-ups, and target-driven
  • A team player who collaborates seamlessly with sales & marketing
