Job Description Experience: 2 - 5 years (Minimum 1+ year in B2B LeadGen required). SaaS/healthtech & good referrals preferred. Compensation: 5 - 8 LPA (Fixed | Subject to your current CTC and skill set) Selection Process: 1. Online Interview: A quick virtual discussion with the founders 2. What Were Looking For: We’re hiring a smart, driven Lead Generation Specialist in who masters modern tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo (or the likes), CRM automation and (of course) the world wide web to build a high-quality sales pipeline. You’ll deeply understand our Ideal Customer Profile (healthcare labs, providers, institutions) and proactively source, qualify, and engage prospects.
