Develop a good understanding of the services and technologies used in company ad should properly liaison between the client, technical head and team members on a day to day basis. Should track the status of every project handled by team members every day. Must have a clear Work Status sheet/timesheets of every project of every team member. Must be familiar with IT development related tasks ad terminologies. Should proactively follow up between different development teams. Should be flexible to bridge the clients working between IST & EST time zones.
Ability to understand client business process and propose best practices in alignment with SAP Business One. Ability to document the business blue print and process flows. Knowledge of Crystal Report for handling project related requirements. Ability to write complex SQL Queries. SSRS will be additional advantage. Ability to document and communicate with the technical teams for customer specific requirements. Flexibility to travel for projects in and out of India.
