Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain

    accurate and updated CRM records

    for all lead interactions, progress, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales team

    to refine lead generation strategies, outreach methods, and messaging.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos

    for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Provide

    detailed feedback

    to the sales team on customer needs, objections, and market insights.
  • Stay informed on

    industry trends, competitor landscape, and product updates

    to effectively communicate with prospects.
