Senior Editor – Lifestyle/FMCG Location: Mumbai (On-site) Company: Pepper Content About the Role Pepper Content is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Editor specializing in Lifestyle and FMCG content. In this pivotal role, you will lead editorial strategy and execution for high-impact content projects across multiple FMCG and lifestyle brands. You’ll collaborate with top writers, strategists, and marketers to deliver engaging, on-brand content that resonates with diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities Editorial Leadership: Oversee the creation, editing, and delivery of lifestyle and FMCG content across digital platforms (blogs, articles, social, product copy, etc.). Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies tailored to the unique needs of FMCG and lifestyle clients. Quality Control: Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, client objectives, and the highest editorial standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with writers, designers, and marketing teams to produce compelling, innovative content. Client Management: Liaise with multiple clients, understanding their brand voice and content goals, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Trendspotting: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and digital best practices in the FMCG and lifestyle sectors. Requirements 4+ years of editorial experience, with a focus on lifestyle and/or FMCG brands. Strong portfolio of published digital content for lifestyle/FMCG clients. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Deep understanding of digital content formats and audience engagement.
