Role Overview


As an SDR Intern, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential US clients — primarily CTOs, Talent Acquisition leaders, and Startup Founders — into paying accounts. This position involves a high level of outreach via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and cold calling to drive lead generation and client acquisition.


Key Responsibilities


Conduct high-volume outbound communication (emails, calls, and WhatsApp) to generate qualified leads in the US market.

Pitch staffing solutions confidently and persuade decision-makers to sign SLAs based on success-fee hiring.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools and structured follow-up.

Collaborate with the leadership team to refine outreach scripts, follow-up cadence, and client conversion strategy.

Maintain accurate records of communication and progress in the CRM system.

Handle performance pressure and conversion targets with professionalism and resilience.

What We’re Looking For Exceptional verbal and written communication skills — fluent, confident, and persuasive.

Strong sales instincts and an ability to quickly build rapport with senior professionals.

Comfortable managing 100+ daily outreach activities (calls, messages, and emails).

Highly goal-driven, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.

Prior experience or coursework in Sales, Marketing, or Recruitment is a plus.

Ready to work in the Pacific Time Zone (US hours).
