Responsibilities: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B/SaaS sales. As part of our core sales team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will be the face of Juntrax for prospects and play a key role in scaling our customer base. Key Responsibilities: Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation, demoing the product, handling objections, negotiation, and closing deals. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through CRM and outbound strategies. Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and position Juntrax as a solution. Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasting and reporting. Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling to SMBs and mid-market clients. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced sales environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation platforms. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
