Your responsibilities will include: - **Lead Generation:** Identify potential customers within the event industry such as event organizers, agencies, and stakeholders. - **Customer Outreach:** Engage with prospects via email, phone calls, and social media platforms. - **Book Sales Calls:** Efficiently schedule and manage calls, ensuring timely follow-ups. - **Sales Presentations & Demos:** Assist in creating and delivering impactful demos to potential clients. - **Account Management:** Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and assist new customers during the onboarding process. - **Sales Support:** Collaborate with the founder to enhance sales processes and strategies. Qualifications required for this role: - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - **Experience:** 0-2 years in sales or customer-facing roles. Prior experience in event technology is advantageous. - **Skills:** Strong communication skills (written and verbal), proficiency in MS Office and sales tools like Apollo.io, comfort with cold-calling and prospecting, self-motivated, and highly organized.
