Role Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to potential clients. Achieve sales targets set by the management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business. Identify new sales opportunities through networking and research. Collaborate with marketing to create effective promotional campaigns. Provide feedback to the management on market trends and competitive landscape. Assist in the development of sales strategies to penetrate new markets. Organize and attend trade shows and promotional events. Prepare and deliver sales reports to management on a regular basis. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner. Continuously improve sales techniques through training and industry knowledge. Work closely with the product development team to align customer needs with product offerings. Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback to improve service delivery. Utilize CRM software to track and nurture leads effectively. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Knowledge of industry trends and market conditions. Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales quotas. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients. Experience in lead generation and pipeline management. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
