We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinators to streamline sales operations, ensure smooth client communication, and support overall business growth. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Sales Support & Coordination Assist the sales team with documentation, proposals, quotations, and presentations Manage and update CRM records, sales trackers, and client databases Schedule client meetings, calls, and product demos for the sales team Coordinate with pre-sales, delivery, and support teams for timely client responses Follow up with clients on proposals, payments, and pending documents 🔹 Operational & Reporting Support Track the sales pipeline and prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports Ensure timely order processing and maintain proper documentation Support management in forecasting sales performance and analyzing trends 🔹 Internal Team Collaboration Act as a link between sales, operations, and accounts teams Provide administrative support to ensure smooth execution of sales processes 🔹 (Optional – Recruitment Assistance) Support hiring for junior sales positions by posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews (as and when required). Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or inside sales Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
