Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports to support business operations.Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.Draft professional emails and communications to ensure clear and effective correspondence with clients and internal teams.Leverage AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.Coordinate sales and dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services.Act as a liaison between sales, dispatch, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations.Support the development and implementation of customer engagement strategies.Maintain accurate records and documentation for sales and dispatch processes.

Qualifications
Education: MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Experience: 1-5 years of proven experience in sales coordination, dispatch coordination, or related roles.
Gender: Male candidates preferred.
Location: Must be a resident of Jodhpur.

Skills
Strong communication skills for professional interactions with clients and internal teams.Proficiency in advanced Excel for data management and reporting.Expertise in drafting professional emails and business correspondence.Familiarity with AI tools to optimize processes and enhance productivity.Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage sales and dispatch coordination effectively.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
