Job Description

Role Summary

The Sales Coordinator will act as the central support point for the Sales team, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely quotations and responses. The role requires strong coordination skills to liaise with Pricing, Operations, and HoDs of all products (Sea Export, Sea Import, Air Export, Air Import, Import Forwarding, Consolidation, etc.) while maintaining professional communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Coordination

Prepare and send customer quotations based on inputs from Sales and Pricing teams.
Follow up with Pricing team and respective HoDs to obtain rates, service details, and shipment feasibility.
Ensure quotations are sent to customers on time and in proper format.

Customer Queries & Communication

Act as the first point of contact for customer queries related to quotations, shipment status, or clarifications.
Coordinate internally to provide accurate and prompt responses.
Maintain professional communication and strengthen customer confidence.

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with Sales team to understand client requirements and ensure timely support.
Liaise with Operations/HoDs to confirm service capabilities before quoting.
Track pending requests and follow up with concerned teams until closure.
