Job Summary: We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage order processing, coordinate with internal departments, and assist in sales reporting. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in managing client relationships and follow-ups. Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Maintain and update sales reports, CRM databases, and client records . Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Support the sales team with market research, competitor analysis, and lead generation . Assist in sales presentations, proposals, and client communications . Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role . Strong knowledge of CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and ERP systems . Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in rubber industry is a plus. Why Join Us?
