Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations and follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients for orders, queries, and product/service information.

Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and proposals.
Maintain customer databases, contract files, and sales reports.

Coordinate with production/dispatch/logistics for order status and timely delivery.
Monitor inventory availability and communicate shortages to the sales team.
Ensure customer delivery commitments and timelines are met.

Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, complaints, and escalation support.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication.
Assist the team in achieving sales targets and promotional initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication (written & verbal).
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is an advantage.
Time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and customer service orientation.

13 years of experience in sales support/coordination/customer service.
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered
