Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Coordinator to act as the primary point of contact for our clients. The role involves building strong client relationships, managing communications, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth follow-ups to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional responses to queries.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Lead Follow-Up: Call and follow up on leads shared by the sales team to convert them into opportunities.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings with architects, consultants, and other key decision-makers for the sales team.
• Sample & Quotation Follow-Up: Track product samples and quotations, ensuring timely updates and closures.
• Client Engagement: Send broadcast messages about new products, offers, or updates to maintain client engagement.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in client onboarding, ensure proper handholding, and follow up to measure satisfaction levels.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and follow-up status in CRM or internal systems.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and resolve client issues efficiently.
• Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services based on client needs.
• Reporting: Prepare and share regular reports on client interactions, follow-ups, and conversion status with management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
