Job Title:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Connect with customers over phone calls, prepare and share quotations, follow up, and support the sales team in closing orders.
  • Confirm orders and coordinate with the plant for timely production and dispatch.
  • Update customers regarding their dispatches.
  • Handle orders via phone/email and ensure accuracy of details.
  • Obtain necessary internal approvals for customer projects.
  • Maintain and update customer data and related documents.
  • Coordinate with clients for payments and verify invoice accuracy.
  • Assist the field sales team with quotations and documentation.
  • Support customers with non-technical queries.
  • Forward technical queries to the concerned technical personnel.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • Basic email writing skills
