Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Visit government departments and consultancies to generate leads and close sales across PAN-India.
  • Negotiate and finalize payment terms (advance/credit) during the sales process.
  • Conduct meetings with clients and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure receipt of Purchase Orders (POs) from clients as confirmation of orders.
  • Review POs for accuracy and compliance with agreed terms.
  • Coordinate with clients to obtain dispatch schedules for timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Align internal teams to meet the specified schedules.
  • Maintain and update a detailed supply sheet to track dispatches, deliveries, and pending orders.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping for seamless communication and reporting.
  • Provide prompt support to clients for order-related queries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Maintain a feedback system to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and update price variance sheets to analyze cost fluctuations and their impact on profitability.
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business goals.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure timely payments as per agreed terms.
  • Monitor and observe site laboratories to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Perform regular site visits for road projects.

  • Prepare and submit quotations as needed for projects, including specifying payment terms (advance/credit).
  • Ensure timely financial closure of projects by coordinating with clients for payments and resolving outstanding issues.
  • Prepare and submit daily work reports detailing activities, progress, and any challenges faced.
  • Ensure that the report highlights key tasks completed, upcoming priorities, and any issues requiring attention.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed sales funnel to track leads, opportunities, and sales stages.
  • Analyse the funnel to ensure a steady pipeline and forecast future sales performance.
  • Prepare and share a weekly work plan outlining key priorities, goals, and tasks for the upcoming week.
  • Align the weekly plan with overall project timelines and business objectives to ensure focused execution.
  • Regularly assess personal performance and progress against set goals and targets.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous growth and achievement of objectives.

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • 0-5 years of experience required.
  • B.Tech Civil/ MBA (Sales & Marketing) is required.
  • Position is open PAN- India.
  • Knowledge about basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills required.
  • Candidates should be comfortable with 60-80% travel.
