Job Description

Designation Process Coordinator

Location – Gurgaon (Haryana)

Budget – 18,000 – 25,000 per month

Roles and Responsibilities:

Enter and update and accurately into the system or database.
Maintain and organize records, files, and documents.
Verify and cross- check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare reports and summaries as required by plant management.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist with scheduling, communication, and coordination tasks.
Collaborate with different departments for smooth data flow and task completion.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly.
Ensure deadlines for data submission are met.
Maintain and update records for expenses, bills and reimbursements.
Assist in day-to-day accounting entries such as invoice booking, petty cash and voucher Preparation.

Qualification

Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline

Skills Required:

Soft Spoken

Problem-solving and adaptability self-motivated and proactive
