ey Responsibilities

Workflow Mapping: Creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and flowcharts.
Bottleneck Identification: Monitoring the "pipeline" of work to find where things are getting stuck.
Quality Control: Conducting regular audits to ensure the team is following the established process.
Inter-departmental Liaison: Acting as the bridge between departments (e.g., Sales, Production, and Finance) to ensure smooth hand-offs.
Reporting: Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like "Cycle Time" (how long a task takes) and "Error Rate."
Analytical Thinking: You need to see a messy situation and be able to break it down into logical steps.
Attention to Detail: You must be the person who notices when a small step in a 50-step process is missing.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Microsoft excel , advance with formulas, Pivot tables etc.
Should have very good communication skills in english and hindi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
