Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Coordinator located in Siliguri. The Process Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing current processes, identifying areas of improvement, coordinating and managing projects, ensuring quality standards are met, and facilitating clear communication across teams and stakeholders. The candidate will also need to develop and implement solutions to optimize organizational workflows.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and experience in Business Process Improvement
Proficiency in Project Management methodologies
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills in English n hindi
Knowledge of Quality Management principles and practices
Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities in a dynamic work environment
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field
Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry is a valuable asset
Should have proper knowledge in excel with formulas
