Designation: Receptionist

Location:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage the front desk with professionalism
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person/department
  • Enter and update data accurately into the system or database
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure the cleanliness of the front office area
  • Coordinate visitor meetings with the concerned person or department
  • Manage incoming and outgoing couriers and maintain proper records
  • Maintain and organize employee and vendor files with proper labelling
  • Perform document scanning, photocopying, and printing as required
  • Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
  • Support the HR department in day-to-day activities when needed

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline

Skills Required:

  • Soft-spoken and presentable
  • Good problem-solving and adaptability skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Team-oriented with good collaboration abilities
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic office tools
