About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Sales Coordinator to support our membership sales team across multiple gym centers. This is a support role (not direct sales) that ensures campaigns, lead flows, MIS reporting, and sales processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key role in motivating the sales team, maintaining accurate data, and supporting corporate sales activations. Key Responsibilities Campaigns & Marketing Support Execute SMS, WhatsApp, and referral campaigns. Track campaign leads and report conversions. Maintain a central repository of offers/promotions. Standardize and manage reporting templates. Ensure daily discipline: all calls logged, MIS updated, leaderboards live. Lead Flow & Sales Process Support Ensure fair lead flow at centers and proper implementation of lead policies. Monitor and manage lead sources to ensure smooth functioning. Update and maintain daily leaderboards (individual & center level). Support gamified competitions/contests for the sales team. Share daily sales performance updates across internal channels. Strengthen and smoothen sales processes. Reporting & Analytics Maintain Sales MIS (daily, weekly, monthly). Prepare weekly review decks with center-wise performance and trends. Track funnel KPIs (leads, conversion, referrals, renewals). Provide accurate data for incentive calculations and payouts. People & Coordination Provide motivation and energy to frontline sales teams through contests/leaderboards. Coordinate with HR for rewards & recognition. Work closely with the Cluster Sales Manager and sales executives (indirect support role, no direct team management). Corporate Sales Support Support corporate outreach efforts (events, activations, tie-ups). Reach out to HR & procurement teams of corporates to set up meetings for the Cluster Sales Manager. Coordinate logistics for corporate events (kiosks, manpower, timely execution). Required Skills & Qualifications Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, formulas). CRM knowledge (Yoactiv, Partner Portal, or similar tools) for lead allocation & tracking. Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides). Hands-on experience with campaign tools (SMS, WhatsApp, email). Basic data analysis skills to spot funnel issues and underperforming centers. Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. Strong organizational ability able to juggle multiple tasks smoothly. Proactive and energetic mindset – keeps the sales team motivated and flags risks early.
