Issuing PI as per order
After confirmation of PI, release for production/dispatch
Timely information on dispatches to customers
Follow up with transporter and tracking of dispatches
Payment reminders to customers and also informing COs
Incentive and C/Note initiation for customers/Distributors
Necessary reports as required by Management
Tracking from sending sample till final reach at customer premise
Maintaining Sample Feedback Report
All operation activities related to Complaint of product
Preparing Complaint Report
Social media enquiries handling and its feedback
