Job Description

Location: Peelamedu, Coimbatore

Experience: 2–3 years

Work Days: 6-day week (Monday to Saturday), 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are a channel partner specializing in healthcare equipment, electronics, and technology products across the Healthcare, Education, and Corporate sectors. We work with leading OEMs and distributors to deliver high-quality solutions and services to our clients.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Sales Representative with experience working in a Value Added Reseller (VAR) or Channel Partner environment in the IT domain. The candidate will manage sales coordination, quotations, invoicing, order follow-ups, accounts receivable, and act as a key support to the field sales team.

Key Responsibilities Sales Operations & Coordination

· Prepare and send quotations, sales proposals, and pricing sheets to customers.

· Generate Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Invoices in coordination with the sales team.

· Interact with OEMs, distributors, and logistics teams to track deliveries, stock status, and order timelines.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and order documentation.

Accounts Receivable (AR) Management

· Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.

· Coordinate with internal accounts/finance teams to reconcile payments, billing issues, and credit notes.

· Provide weekly AR updates and ageing reports to management.

Sales Team Support

· Assist field sales staff with product information, pricing, order status, and documentation needs.

· Support tender documentation, presales paperwork, and customer compliance requirements.

· Ensure smooth communication across sales, operations, and accounts teams.

Required Skills & Experience

· 2–3 years experience in a VAR / Channel Partner / IT Reseller company (mandatory).

· Experience with quoting tools, ERP/CRM systems, billing and inventory software.

· Understanding of IT hardware/electronics/healthcare equipment sales processes.

· Strong coordination and follow-up skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

· Proficiency in English and Tamil (both written and spoken).

· Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Technology, or related fields preferred.
