Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of accounting and compliance tasks, including income tax filing, GST compliance, internal audits, and statutory filings such as ESI, PF, and TDS. The role requires someone who can independently manage and resolve client cases with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns for individuals and businesses
• Manage GST registration, return filing, and departmental correspondence
• Conduct Internal Audits and assist in preparing audit reports
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of ESI, PF, and TDS returns
• Maintain proper documentation and assist clients during assessments and audits
• Stay informed about the latest tax laws, rules, and compliance updates
• Coordinate with clients to collect necessary data and documentation
• Identify compliance gaps and provide recommendations for corrective actions

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field (CA Inter preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in tax and statutory filings
• Prior experience in audit firms or consultancy services is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Income Tax, GST, ESI, PF, and TDS regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Spectrum, and CompuOffice
• Strong communication skills and client-handling capabilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
• Up-to-date with tax law amendments and compliance tools

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
