Support the sales team with daily administrative and coordination tasks
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics
Process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up with clients
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Track sales performance and assist in forecasting
Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and sales appointments
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
