Job Description

Job Role: Sales Coordinator – New Business Development Overview: The Sales Coordinator for New Business Development plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities. This role focuses on prospecting support, lead tracking, and coordination of pre-sales activities to drive company growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Support: Research and identify potential new clients, markets, and business opportunities. Maintain a database of prospects and update lead status regularly in CRM tools. Pre-Sales Coordination: Assist in preparing proposals, pitch materials, presentations, and RFP responses. Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups between sales reps and potential clients. Client Communication & Onboarding: Respond to initial inquiries and provide company/product information. Help onboard new clients by coordinating internal teams and documentation. Sales Pipeline Management: Track the status of leads, opportunities, and conversions. Generate and analyze sales reports to support strategic decisions. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals. Liaise with product, operations, and finance teams to meet client requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong research and organizational abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
