Oniro is a multi-facade organization headquartered in Trivandrum dealing in IT, Cybersecurity, Tyres, Distribution, Automobile, and more. As a team, Oniro is committed to retaining customer satisfaction by offering the right products and timely after-sales service. Presently, there is an opening in Oniro Auto, which is the dealer of Piaggio commercial, focusing mainly on Electric variants of three-wheelers. We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator / Telecaller to provide necessary support to the field sales team. As the point of reference for colleagues and customers, you will be responsible for keeping schedules, providing feedback, documentation, and information in the CRM system. Your main goal is to facilitate the sales team's activities to maximize their performance and contribute to the solid and long-lasting development of the company. Some of your key responsibilities include: - Supporting the sales team in improving productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring high-quality leads are generated. - Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages in the absence of Sales Representatives, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events. - Managing orders via phone, email, or mail, ensuring correct prices, discounts, and product numbers. - Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient handling of sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries. - Developing and maintaining filing systems to keep sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information. - Coordinating the sales team schedules, appointments, and communication of relevant information to the Heads. - Updating daily call reports, sharing with the team head, and reporting on follow-ups, leads generated, and business closures. - Maintaining daily call reports and sharing with BDM and BDEs on demos fixed and prospects. - Handling order processing accurately and timely, ensuring adherence to team and company policies and laws. Candidate Requirements: - A team player with a high level of dedication. - Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam. - Ability to excel in a target-oriented environment. - Strong ability to work independently and in teams. - Proactive thinking with excellent communication skills. - Focused on effectively meeting goals and generating inquiries. - Minimum one year of experience in sales coordination or administrative positions preferred. - Good computer skills (MS Office) and prompt email handling. - Well-organized, responsible, and adept at problem-solving. This is a full-time role with contract and commission-based benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, health insurance, and internet reimbursement. The position requires proficiency in Malayalam and is an in-person work location.,
