Sales Coordinator

Location: Preferably from or near Kengeri, Ramnagara, Kumbalgodu, and surrounding areas
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between our sales executives, customers, internal teams, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Sales executives, on sales and orders
• Communicate with customers to take and confirm orders
• Follow up with customers for payments and delivery updates
• Coordinate closely with marketing executives to ensure timely execution of orders
• Serve as the central point of contact between:
• Customers
• Production team
• Handle order tracking and issue resolution
• Problem Solving is a key skill to have

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in logistics/customer coordination is a must
• Strong communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (All 3 must)
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Problem solver, good listener and cool under pressure.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp, Email handling/drafting)
• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Residing in or near Kengeri, Ramnagara, Kumbalgodu, or nearby areas

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary between ₹35,000-60,000/- per month
