Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Qualification: B.Sc. in Chemistry (minimum)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Chemist to join our team in the welding electrodes and steel sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing electrode materials, maintaining quality compliance, and ensuring accurate documentation as per approval authorities' guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine testing of welding electrodes and raw materials for quality parameters.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards set by internal and external regulatory bodies.
• Maintain accurate records and test reports as required by approval departments (e.g., BIS, ISO, or customer audits).
• Track and document approvals and certifications for products.
• Coordinate with the production and R&D teams for process improvements based on test findings.
• Ensure lab equipment is properly maintained and calibrated regularly.
• Assist in preparing compliance documentation and audit support materials.

Candidate Profile:

• B.Sc. in Chemistry is mandatory.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality control, preferably in welding electrodes, steel, or allied industries.
• Working knowledge of analytical methods used in electrode or metal testing.
• Familiarity with industry standards and quality systems (e.g., BIS specifications).
• Good record-keeping, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Residence in or willingness to commute from Kengeri, Vijayanagar, Bidadi, or nearby areas.
